The Referral Coordinator works directly with patients to explain the referral process, answer questions, and address concerns. She provides the clarity and support needed to make the transition to nephrology care stress-free.

Appointment Scheduling

Once the referral is processed, she directly schedules an appointment that fits the patient’s needs and preferences, prioritizing convenience and minimizing delays. Typically the process happens within 24 hours of the referral.

Support and Resources

The Referral Coordinator helps patients understand what to expect during their visit, provides necessary paperwork, and ensures they have all the information needed to prepare for their first
appointment.
