Dr. Fahad Khan, MD

Dr. Khan trained at the prestigious University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. After his training, Dr. Khan practiced nephrology in the desert resort towns of Southern California, including Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage, before moving to the Atlanta Metropolitan Area to practice nephrology. Dr. Khan has been featured as one of Atlanta’s Top Doctors in Atlanta Magazine, as well as Castle Connolly Top Doctors. Dr. Khan is double board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. Dr. Khan specializes in chronic and acute kidney diseases, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, dialysis – including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy. In his free time, Dr Khan enjoys traveling, hiking and mountain climbing. He is also a published author and an avid reader of classic literature, along with being a fan of classical history.
